No item in this site is for order or sale.
Depending upon the stock status of the products, some products will be shipped immediately after the order are entered
and processed; some will be shipped later. Customers will be notified if the product is not immediately available.
WPCPUs and WAPBS are not refundable because of the nature of these products. We offer 35 days of warranty from the
date of receiving the order. Please contact us first before sending it back for service.
For other products, Puremtc will accept the return within 21 days
of receiving the order. please contact us first before sending the
merchandise back for refund. No return will be processed without prior
communications. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its
original packaging.
