for controlling servo driven ballast tank. It does not have any driver,
relay, or switch.
Signal specification (Pulse width):
Ballast blow: 1.0ms
Ballast flood: 2.0ms
Fail safe ballast blow: 1.0ms
Dimension specification:
1.38"x0.79"x0.12"(35mmx20mmx3mm)
Program the PBC-1 controller:
Step 1:
Move transmitter trim lever and sliding potentiometer lever to "Trim start"
position. Reserve some trim lever space for emptying ballast tank command. Trim lever in front of(before)
reaching the "Trim start" position will fully empty ballast tank. Configure the dip switch of the PBC-1
as show in the picture below to save the positions into PBC-1. When LED blinks, both trim lever and
potentiometer positions have been successfully saved.

Step 2:
Move transmitter trim lever and sliding potentiometer lever to "Trim End"
position. Configure the dip switch of the PBC-1 as shown in the picture below to save the positions into PBC-1.
When LED blinks, both trim lever and potentiometer positions have been successfully saved.

Step 3:
Configure the dip switch of the PBC-1 as shown in the picture below for proportional
control mode. The unit is now reay. Microcontroller will compute ballast tank volume based on
the "Trim start" and "Trim end" position infomation.
